Divine Rivals

This is a beautifully written story about two enemies-to-lovers who help each other through life’s trials and tribulations while a war of Gods is raging on.

Iris Winnow and Roman Kitt are rivals at the newspaper that they work for, unknowingly bound to each other by magical typewriters. When Iris’s life takes a turn, she quits the paper and joins the rival paper as a war correspondent. Iris soon finds herself on the front lines of the war to get material for the paper and simultaneously find her brother who has joined the fight. Low and behold, Roman Kitt has come to join Iris as a correspondent and they help each other through the trauma of the war.

This book was easily a 5 star read in my opinion and it is obvious as to why it is a #1 New York Times bestseller. I am very much looking forward to picking up the sequel.
