The Enchanted Greenhouse

This book was a cozy fantasy full of second chances and found family. This book can be read as a standalone, but could be considered a follow up to The Spellshop also written by Sarah Beth Durst.

This book follows Terlu the librarian that was turned into a statue for creating a sentient spider plant named Caz (yep! the same Caz from The Spellshop). She wakes up alone, in the middle of a forest in the snow and happens upon greenhouse, after greenhouse, each one different from the next, until she runs into Yarrow, the gardener in charge of caring for the greenhouses.

Come to find out, Terlu was sent to Yarrow to attempt to save the failing greenhouses. Now She must learn to exist with the only other human on the island and translate coded spell books all while hoping that the very law that got her into this mess, didn’t exist this far off of the main island.
