Dungeon Crawler Carl

This is not normally a genre that I would pick up and read, however, I heard absolutely nothing but good things about it so I took the chance. I’m glad I did! The entire time I read this book I was engaged, it felt as though I was reading a video game. Carl and Donut are the hilarious duo that every post-apocalyptic story needs.

The immersive world building keeps you interested and the vivid writing makes it easy to imagine every detail taking place.

Since this book only took us through the first two levels of the dungeon, I’m definitely going to have to dive into the rest of the series to see what happens next with Carl and Donut.
